PASPAS PERMIT

 

Online Business Permit Application, Renewal and Payment

Business has made easy in Valenzuela as business owners can now apply and renew their permits and pay their quarterly business tax online via the 3S Plus Online Services Paspas Permit.

The new integrated permit application system launched in November 2019 is the continuation of the local government’s innovations, expanding its online services to business permits applicants. In the recent years, Valenzuela City has been automating most of its frontline services making the transactions for the taxpayers easier, faster and more convenient.

Requirements for Renewal of Business Permit:

  1. Proof of business registration, incorporation, or legal personality (i.e. DTI / SEC / Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) registration)

  2. Occupancy Permit

  3. Contract of Lease (if Lessee)

 

Requirements for Renewal of New Business:

  1. Business Account Number (BAN)

  2. Latest Official Receipt Number (OR)

 

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE FOR NEW BUSINESS APPLICATION:

  1. Using an active e-mail address, create your 3S Plus Valenzuela City Online Services account at www.valenzuela.gov.ph

For existing accounts, your old account details can be used to log in.

  1. Click “Business Permits and Licensing Office (Business Permit)” and select New Business.

  2. Identify and plot your business location in the map and chooose your line of business.

  3. Fill out the required fields on the online application form correctly.

  4. Upload the requirements (maximum of 1mb file size).

  5. Read the Deed of Undertaking/Waiver and tick the “Agree” box. Submit the application once reviewed.

  6. Check your e-mail and click on the link to confirm the new business account.

  7. Click “Compute Now” to see the billing statement and the amount to be paid.

  8. Select “Proceed to Checkout” and fill out the delivery details which can be through Grab Express or WExpress.

  9. Select your preferred online payment channel (DBP Visa, Land Bank, PayMaya and UnionBank) and click “Pay Now”

  10. Once payment is successful, a provisionary business permit shall be issued and sent to your e-mail address to download and print.

 

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE FOR BUSINESS RENEWAL:

  1. Sign in to your Valenzuela City 3S Plus Online Services account at www.valenzuela.gov.ph for existing accounts, your old account details can be used to log in.

  2. Click "Business Permits and Licensing Office(Business Permit)"  and select "Renewal of Business"

  3. Click the "Register Business Account" button and enter the Business Account Number then select the business account to be renewed.

  4. Review the business details, choose between quarterly or annual payment and click the "Compute Business tax" button.

  5. Check the Billing Details.

  6. Select "Proceed to Checkout" and fill out the delivery details which can be through Grab Express or WExpress.

  7. Select your preferred online payment channel (DBP Visa, Land Bank, PayMaya and UnionBank) and cluck "Pay Now".

  8. Once payment is successful, a provisionary business permit and provisionary business permit shall be issued and sent to your email address which can be downloaded and printed
