Issuance of bid docs of the abovementioned projects is until May 6, 2021 up to 10:00AM only.
In compliance with stringent measures and safety protocols relative to the prevention of spread of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19), physical presence during bid opening shall not be allowed in the meantime.
Accordingly, any and all queries regarding the foregoing projects should be sent to the BAC Secretariat either in writing or via e-mail at bacsecretariat@valenzuela.gov.ph. A written response thereto will be sent to the concerned supplier thereafter. This Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 2021-014 is issued to modify or amend items in the Invitation to Bid.
