Issuance of bid docs of the abovementioned projects is from April 12 to 26, 2021 (8AM to 4PM) and on April 27, 2021 up to 10:00AM.
In compliance with stringent measures and safety protocols relative to the prevention of spread of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19), physical presence during pre-bid conference and bid opening shall not be allowed in the meantime.
Accordingly, any and all queries regarding the foregoing projects should be sent to the BAC Secretariat either in writing or via e-mail at bacsecretariat@valenzuela.gov.ph. A written response thereto will be sent to the concerned supplier thereafter. This Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 2021-012 is issued to modify or amend items in the Invitation to Bid.
