Pursuant to Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Resolution No. 2020 - 257 citing GPPB Resolution No. 09-2020, procurement activities for the herein below project is RESUMED in accordance with the following schedule:

Issuance of bid docs is hereby extended up to September 29, 2020 until 10:00AM only. Bidders offering/providing higher technical specifications than the minimum technical specifications shall still be evaluated if they have the lowest calculated bids, following the rule on detailed evaluation and comparison of bids. Winning bidder must submit necessary certification from the National Telecommunication Commission (NTC) during the post qualification period.
In compliance with stringent measures and safety protocols relative to the prevention of spread of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19), physical presence during Pre-Bid Conferences shall not be allowed in the meantime.
Accordingly, any and all queries regarding the foregoing projects should be sent to the BAC Secretariat either in writing or via e-mail at bacsecretariat@valenzuela.gov.ph which shall be discussed by the BAC during the Pre-Bid Conference. A written response thereto will be sent to the concerned supplier thereafter. This Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 2020-017 is issued to modify or amend items in the Invitation to Bid.
