Further, the minimum project cost of Seventy Two Million Pesos (Php 72,000,000.00) is hereby reduced to Forty Million Pesos (Php 40,000,000.00).
This Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 2014-003 is issued to modify or amend some items in the Invitation to Apply for Eligibility and to Submit Proposal for the Privatization of New Marulas Public Market and the previous Bid Bulletins.
