A total of 41 Valenzuelano rehab clients receive their certificates of completion from the City Government of Valenzuela, through Valenzuela Anti-Drug Abuse Council (VADAC), March 6, 2018, after they have finished the 10-month cleansing and treatment program at the Mega Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (DATRC) in Fort Magsaysay, Nueva Ecija. The clients also received grocery items and Pangkabuhayan showcase worth P20,000 each from the city government.
