The inventory by the Valenzuela City Police of the pieces of evidence found in the van suspect Gregorio Garcia used during the March 31 buy-bust yielded sachets of methamphetamine hydrochloride, cash, a pistol, and other drug paraphernalia, at the City Hall, April 7
