The one-stop shop of Barangay Mapulang Lupa is finally open and inaugurated on July 22, 2022. Congressman REX Gatchalian led the ribbon cutting for the opening of 3S Center Mapulang Lupa together with City Officials and members of the Barangay Councils. It is the 25th 3S Center established in Valenzuela City. It houses the Barangay Hall, SK Office, E-Library, Daycare Center, Mega Health Center, Botika ng Bayan, Police Community Precinct, Multi-Purpose Hall, Barangay Tanod Office, and ALS.
