VC RPT ONLINE BILLING AND PAYMENT is a new and convenient way of assessing and paying for your tax due on real property. You can view a summary of your enrolled accounts or tax declarations and their corresponding balances or amount due/s. You will be able to view your tax due/s on your real property/ies conveniently, in the comfort of your own home or while you are at work or at your place of business through the Internet. You can view details of latest payment/s made on your enrolled accounts and request for non-delivery and printing of your statement of account and payment history. You may enroll as many additional accounts without a need to nominate another User ID and password.

Take full control of your registered properties by simply indicating your tax declaration numberand providing the details of the Official Receipt of your last payment. You no longer need to physically go to the Valenzuela City Hall and wait in queue for your tax assessment and payment. You just need to enter your Tax Declaration Number (TDN). A Tax Declaration Number is given by the City Assessor’s Office to customers once registration of property under their name is approved – either new property or transfer of property.

During assessment and payment, customer will be asked to enter their Tax Declaration Number (11 alphanumeric code including the dash).
