Named after "sulo", the torch used by Katipuneros during the revolution, Brgy. Pasolo is divided into two areas, stemming from an ancient-old rife. Thus, the residents also celebrate two different fiestas. The first is celebrated every first Saturday of May at the Bisita Chapel while the second one occurs every first Sunday of May at the Sta. Cruz Church. Both fiestas celebrate the feast of patron saint, Sta. Cruz. Landmarks in the area include the Pasolo Elementary School, Bisita Chapel and Sta. Cruz Chapel.
