The City Government of Valenzuela, through its Bids and Award Committee (BAC), invites the above-mentioned suppliers, to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder below listed project as specified in R. A. 9184 and its IRR Sec. 53(1):

Delivery Period : 30 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed
Please quote your lowest price in the above-mentioned project, subject to the general conditions stated in the request for quotation, in one(1) sealed envelope (original, copy1 & copy2), not later than 12:00 o’clock noon on June 18,2013 at the 2/F Executive Bldg, City Budget Office. A non-refundable fee in the amount of Php1,000.00 will be paid by the invited bidderstothe Office of the City Treasurer from June 10to 17,2013,from 8:00AM to 2:00PM and on June 18, 2013, up to 10:00 AM only. Bid opening will be on June 18, 2013 at 2:00 P.M., at the 3/F Conference Room(3B), Legislative Building, Karuhatan, Valenzuela City. Please attach the following “Class A” legal documents in your proposal:
1.) SEC Registration Certificate/DTI Certificate of Registration;
2.) Valid and Current Mayor’s Permit/License;
3.) Phil-GEPS Registration Certificate;
4.) Statement of ongoing and similar project completed in the government and private contracts, including awarded but not yet started for the last two years;
5.) Income Tax Return and Audited Financial Statement, stamped received by the BIR or its duly accredited authorized institutions, for the preceding calendar year.
6.) BIR Latest Tax Clearance
Bidder/supplier must be able to log-in in the Philippine Electronic Procurement System(Philgeps) wherein the name of the company will be reflected in the Document Request List of the Bid Notice Abstract of the Procuring Entity.
The City Government of Valenzuela reserves the right to accept any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to the contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s and assume no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.
The Committee reserves the rights to cancel or postpone the date of bidding upon prior notice to prospective bidders.
