The City Government of Valenzuela, DISPOSAL COMMITTEE, through its Bids and Awards Committee, invites interested buyers/junkshop owners, to apply for Eligibility and to bid on “AS IS WHERE IS” basis, for the hereunder listed items, to wit:

The Eligibility check/screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use a non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criteria. Post Qualification of the highest calculated responsive bid shall be conducted.

Bid documents will be available at the City Budget Office, 2/F Exec. Bldg. Valenzuela City Hall, Mac Arthur Highway, Karuhatan, Valenzuela City, ONLY BIDDERS with Current Business Permit related to Trading, Buying Scrap or Junk Shop can participate upon payment a non-refundable amount of Php 5,000.00 to the City Treasurer of the City Government of Valenzuela.
Bidders shall be required to post a Bid security in a form of Cash/ Manager’s Check equivalent to Ten (10%) percent of the Total Bid Price.
The Winning/successful bidder shall pay in full the total amount of the bid price within twenty four (24) hours after the evaluation of the bid, either in cash or manager’s check. Hauling period is ten (10) working days upon receipt of Notice of Award.
The City Government of Valenzuela reserves the right to accept any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to the contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s and assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the latter for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.
The Committee reserves the right to cancel or postpone the date of bidding with or without prior notice to prospective bidders.
