The bid opening of the above-mentioned projects is hereby postponed from April 4, 2017 to April 18, 2017 in time for the completion of the set of plans to be issued by the City Engineering Office, for infrastructure projects and to further review the technical specifications of the IT equipment and to give prospective bidders sufficient time to review the same to ensure the best interest of the City. The issuance of bid documents is further extended up to 10:00AM on April 18, 2017.

This Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 2017-015 is issued to modify or amend items in the Invitation to Bid.
