Locational Clearance
To secure a building permit, you must first obtain a locational clearance, which certifies that the proposed construction or business location follows the existing Land Use Plan of the city.
Applicants should have the following documents:
- One (1) set of architectural plan when acquiring Building Permit
- Lot plan with vicinity map
- Contract of Lease (in case the applicant is not the registered owner)
- Transfer Certificate Title (TCT)/Deed of Absolute Sale (Certified copy from Registry of Deeds)
- Tax Declaration (photo copy)
- Tax Receipt (photo copy)
- Homeowners Association Clearance (where necessary)
- Barangay Clearance
VC Biz Bilis: Secure a Locational Clearance
- Fill up application form from the City Engineer’s Office (CEO), 3/F Bulwagang Geronimo Angeles, Valenzuela City Hall.
- Submit accomplished application form and all other required documents to the CEO, which will schedule and carry out a site inspection.
- After the inspection, secure the order of payment from the CEO and pay the corresponding fees at the City Treasurer's Office, G/F Bulwagang Geronimo Angeles, Valenzuela City Hall.
- Present the official receipt of payment to the CEO and claim the locational clearance after three working days.
