Applicants should have the following documents:

1. Five (5) sets of plan, signed & sealed by sanitary engineer including cost estimate & design analysis
2. Building and Occupancy permit
3. Barangay Clearance

1. Fill up application form from the City Engineer’s Office (CEO), 2/F Bulwagang Geronimo Angeles, Valenzuela City Hall
2. Submit accomplished application form and all other required documents to the CEO, which will schedule and carry out a site inspectio
3. Allow processing time of three (3) working days,  then secure the order of payment from the CEO and pay the corresponding fees at the City Treasurer's Office, G/F Bulwagang Geronimo Angeles, Valenzuela City Hall.
4. Present the official receipt of payment to the CEO and claim the electronic permit.
