Applicants should have the following documents:

1. Transfer Certificate of Title (Certified True Copy)
2. Deed of Sale/Donation/Transfer or other document indicating the transfer of real property from one person to another (photo copy)
3. SEC Registration (for corporation) or DTI Certificate (for single proprietor)
4. BIR receipt or return (photo copy)
5. Capital gains/donors/estate tax certificate with BIR TCC-OCN (photo copy)
6. Latest real property tax payment receipt and/or tax clearance from the Office of the City Treasurer
7. Approved plan of property (land) if subdivided, or vicinity map
8. Transfer Tax Receipt

Procedure:

1. Submit all required documents to the City Engineer’s Office, 2/F Bulwagang Geronimo Angeles, Valenzuela City Hall.

2. Await the release of your new Tax Declaration.

3. Pay the corresponding tax dues at the Real Estate Tax Payment Center, G/F Bulwagang Geronimo Angeles, Valenzuela City Hall.
