Applicants should have the following documents:

1. Building Permit
2. Certificate of Occupancy
3. Approved plan of property

Procedure:

1. Accomplish a request form for site inspection from the City Engineer’s Office (CEO), 2/F Bulwagang Geronimo Angeles, Valenzuela City Hall.

2. Submit the accomplished request form and all other required documents to the City Assessor's Office (CAO), 2/F Bulwagang Geronimo Angeles, Valenzuela City Hall.  The CAO shall then schedule and perform the inspection.

3. After the inspection, secure a new Tax Declaration from the CAO stating the appropriate annual real estate property dues.

4. On the indicated date of first real estate property tax payment, pay the corresponding tax dues at the Real Estate Tax Payment Center, G/F, Bulwagang Geronimo Angeles, Valenzuela City Hall.
