- Construction of two (2) bridges – Lingunan to Lawang Bato and Parada to Mapulang Lupa;
- Master-planning of the Drainage System of the City to cope with the demands of urbanization and industrialization; Establishment of a City Government Center;
- Master-planning of the City’s Road network to improve traffic conditions and accessibility of all parts of the City, to support the projected increase in vehicular and human traffic as the City transforms into a center of business and industry;
- Relocation sites for informal settlers to uplift their living conditions and secure their roles as productive and responsible citizens of the City.
